QUALITY ASSURANCE NURSE MANAGER

Absolute Home Health and Hospice is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Nurse Manager to join our team! This position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate! The Quality Assurance Nurse Manager Position is a in office, non-remote position

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing OASIS and chart reviews for quality, compliance, and accuracy
• Conducting review of face-to-face documentation for compliance and consistency
• Obtain additional information or clarification from physicians, facilities or clinical staff as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current RN License with the State of Michigan in good standing, required.
• COS-C Certification, required
• HCS-D coding and ICD 10 preferred
• Current experience in Home Health preferred.
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Familiarity with patient charting/documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
