Absolute Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Full-Time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and treatment as ordered by providers
• Collaborate with registered nurses to administer treatment plans
• Educate and update patients and families on, medication changes, plan of care, and treatments for symptoms management
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current LPN License with the State of Michigan in good standing (Required)
• At least one year of Home Health Care experience (Preferred)
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields (Required)
• Familiarity with patient charting/ documentation
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
